IAn ntroduction to Svaroopa(R) Vidya Meditation - 3 sessions of two hours each
If you are new to meditation, or you want to deepen your meditation practice or just try a different approach, this course is an opportunity. Each weekly session of two hours includes an explanation of fundamental principles on which Svaroopa(R) Vidya Yoga is based. You learn a mantra-based technique for meditation and about the elements that help to make your meditation more effective. You also have an opportunity to meditate with a group which deepens everyone's experience and you get support for establishing a meditation practice at home. However, this introductory course is not merely about "how to". Svaroopa(R) Vidya meditation is founded on ancient teachings from sacred yoga texts and these concepts are presented in informal talks. These talks will help you to understand why meditation is so effective and how Svaroopa(R) Yoga meditation works.
